Healthwatch Blackpool is committed to understanding and addressing the experiences of local residents regarding health and social care services. The aim of this project was to gather valuable feedback from patients registered at South Primary Care Network (PCN) practices, encompassing Highfield Surgery, Stonyhill Medical Practice, Arnold Medical Centre and Abbey Dale Medical Centre, representing a patient population of approximately 37,000 individuals.
