Our annual reports give an overview of what we’ve done each year. They highlight key projects, what we’ve heard from local people, and the difference we’ve made. They also show how we’ve used our resources and worked with others to improve health and care in Blackpool.
Enter and View visits are one of the ways we gather feedback from people using health and care services. Our trained staff and volunteers visit places like hospitals, care homes, GP practices, and community services to see what it’s like for the people who use them. We speak to patients, residents, families, and staff, then write a report with our findings and suggestions to help improve the service.

Our engagement reports share what we’ve heard from local people about health and care services in Blackpool. We listen to experiences, gather feedback through surveys, events, and conversations, and use what we learn to highlight what’s working and what needs to change. These reports help decision-makers improve services based on real people’s views.
Healthwatch Together is a partnership of local Healthwatch teams working across Lancashire and South Cumbria. We work together to carry out larger projects and share learning across the region. These reports reflect the views of people from a wider area and help influence change at a regional level.
