The Healthwatch Collaborative have been commissioned by NHS England North (Lancashire and South Cumbria) to gather independent feedback from women with a learning disability, their parents and carers regarding access to breast and cervical cancer screening programmes whilst in the community. This feedback will provide rich information to the NHS across the area with a particular focus on low-uptake areas.
In addition to this we have been asked to consider the perspectives of service providers, engaging with local GPs and nurse practitioners involved in the screening process to establish what they perceive the barriers to be, and what would support them to increase uptake in their area.

Feedback required by Monday 10th September 2018.
