Healthwatch Blackpool is deeply committed to understanding and enhancing the health and social care experiences of our local residents. In our latest project, we aimed to gather valuable feedback from patients registered at South Primary Care Network (PCN) practices, namely Highfield Surgery, Stonyhill Medical Practice, Arnold Medical Centre, and Abbey Dale Medical Centre. Together, these practices cater to around 37,000 individuals.
Through an independent engagement exercise, we provided a platform for patients to openly share their experiences. This allowed us to thoroughly assess the strengths and areas for improvement within each practice.
By gathering and analyzing this significant patient feedback, Healthwatch Blackpool aims to provide actionable insights to each practice. These insights will inform their decision-making processes, ensuring they prioritize the needs of their patient population.
For further details and a comprehensive look at our findings, please read more in the report below. This insight will be instrumental in shaping the future of health and care services in the South PCN area
