Blackpools Speak Out Forum has met physically at Bispham Scout Hut. The forum is a group of adults with learning disabilities who use their experiences and work to influence the way services are delivered.

Self Advocates from across Blackpool get together once a month and have a say in the planning of services in the Blackpool area.The information and insight shared by  members of the forum help shape services locally.

Members of the Speak Out Forum sit on the Blackpool Learning Disability Partnership Board to share feedback and insight. Michael Flynn co-chairs the group with Karen Smith the Director of Adult Services. The meeting looks at in planning and accounting for adult learning disability services in Blackpool.
