It was a pleasure to undertake the Enter and View observation at The Willows Care Home and we would like to extend our thanks to The Willows Care Home staff, residents and visitors for their contribution to the Enter and View programme.

Overall the representatives felt that the visit provided a good insight into residential care particularly for those living with Dementia.
