We have been commissioned by the Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Trust to independently investigate what quality health services look like and gain feedback on the communities recent experiences of support.
This will feed into the trusts clinical strategy.
We have created three separate surveys and wondered if you would like to get involved. All responses will remain anonymous and the information gathered from responses will be presented back to the trust.

Experience of more generalised health services. -
Experience of children’s Learning & Development Support, Autism Support and Behavioural Support services
