Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria are inviting you to the first children and young peoples asthma learning and sharing event.
When: 23rd April 2020
The prime focus for the day will be to look how we can work together across the region to improve outcomes and the patient experience of children and young people with asthma and their carers and families. There will be opportunities to agree action that will improve integrated care, patient safety, reducing inequalities and transition to adult services.
Some of the topics that will be covered:
• How Asthma CYP Interest groups & forums can be established
• Improving health outcomes
• Identifying service improvement opportunities
• National Asthma Strategy
You will also have the opportunity to discuss areas of asthma care that you are passionate about in our unconference style afternoon session.
This event is for: Clinicians, CCG Commissioners, Public Health, School Nurses, Patients, carers, volunteer sector.
