Your Views on Local Pharmacies: Helping Shape Future Services
Healthwatch Together has been working with local councils and the NHS in Lancashire and South Cumbria to find out what people think about their community pharmacy services. These include chemists on the high street, in supermarkets, in neighbourhoods, and online.
By listening to experiences, we help to identify what’s working well and where improvements are needed.
What we have heard feeds into the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment – a review that takes place every three years to make sure pharmacy services meet the needs of local people now and in the future.
