Healthwatch Blackpool continue to hear from the voices of our local population regarding health and social care services, to ensure feedback shapes the support that is delivered. Following on from a specific piece with South Primary Care Network, the aim of this project was to gather valuable feedback from patients registered within North Primary Care Network (PCN) practices, which includes North Shore Surgery, Glenroyd Surgery (Moor Park) and Glenroyd Surgery (Whitegate Drive).
We would like to give thanks to all patients who shared their views, and to the staff for facilitating the engagement. Healthwatch Blackpool will continue to work alongside the North PCN team to develop solutions from patient feedback.
