Between November and December 2025, Healthwatch Blackpool partnered with Trinity Hospice to gather meaningful feedback from patients, families, and carers about their experiences of care.
Through surveys and one-to-one conversations, we explored what the hospice is doing well and where improvements can be made.
We’re pleased to share the findings in our latest report, which highlights positive practice, identifies opportunities for development, and supports Trinity Hospice’s ongoing commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for the local community.
