Between December 2025 and February 2026, Healthwatch Blackpool worked in partnership with FCMS (Fylde Coast Medical Service) to explore public awareness, access, and experiences of Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Through surveys, focus groups, and one-to-one conversations, we gathered feedback from local residents. We are pleased to present the findings of this engagement in our latest report.
