Approximately 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. Mental Health Awareness Week aims to get people talking about their mental health and reduce the stigma that can stop people from asking for help. Join the fight for mental health.

This annual event is an opportunity for everyone in the UK to focus on achieving good mental health. It is all about starting conversations about mental health and the everyday things that can affect this. This year we want to encourage people to think about connecting with nature and how nature can improve our mental health. Help create a movement for change.
